Cancellations, Refunds and Payment

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your registration and do so by the business day before the event, you will receive a full refund. That is, if the event is on Wednesday, you need to cancel your registration by 5:00 PM on Tuesday to receive a refund.

We reserve the right to cancel an event (with a full refund to registered participants) due to low enrollment or other factors. If a workshop is cancelled, you can apply any payment to registration for another workshop, if you so choose.

Refund Policy:
Refunds will not be issued for registration cancellations after the event has already started. Requests for refunds must be in writing (email) or by calling 417-823-3469.

Refunds for other expense, like room reservations at hotels for retreats, are subject to the individual policies of the provider.

Reservations for child care, when available, are not refundable.

Payment Policy:
Please note that if registering over the phone and paying by check, your registration will not be confirmed until we receive your check. If you pay online, you will receive an email that confirms your registration.
